Their is a subject-verb agreement error in the original sentence. Public's concern [...] and their overall faith [...] have. Also public is singular noun and hence usage of their is also wrong. Its should be used here.
A) and their overall faith in the long-term growth of the stock market has - 2 issues discussed above

C) as well as their overall faith in the long-term growth of the stock market, has - their is not the correct antecedent for public
