I picked 'C' , later understood its 'D'. 'D' is more correct than other options. 'A' is straight out. In 'B' even if tracks are clear and warning light flashing the schools bus still will decide to wait, so 'b' is not true. in 'C' looks aftr only one scenario it is true but partially. 'D' holds true for all possiblity. the bus will wait if warning lights are flashing or if not flashing but tracks are not clear or both happens. In 'E' if the warning light is flashing the bus will decide to wait doesnt matter if tracks are clear or not, again 'e' is partially true

I picked B as the answer because, we can infer from the Q that the bus only passes if the tracks are clear.

D dosent make sense as it says the bus will stop if the lights are flashing, but that is not stated.

If the train stops it means
1) warning light is on (yes, if light is not on it goes thru, when it's on it stops)
2) Tracks are not clear (if not clear, train stops)

Both statements are true independently. Answer choices that use "AND" try to confuse you..they are saying that both conditions must be true in order for the train to stop. Instead, "OR" should be used because only one of those statements by itself can lead to conclusion that the train stops. Either 1 by itself, 2 by itself, and both by itself (which implies 1 and 2 at the same time) will lead to the train stopping.
