Set = {2,3,5,9,11,x}

Avg = Median

Median =$$\frac{5+9}{2}$$ = $$\frac{14}{2}$$ = 7

Therefore Avg = 7

To find Avg

= $$\frac{2+3+5+9+11+x}{6}$$ = 7
= $$\frac{30+x}{6}$$= 7
= 30+x= 42
= x = 42-30
= x = 12

Hence IMO A

median = average

median = 9 + 5 / 2 = 14 /2 = 7.

Average = 7.

Total number of elements in the set = 6.

Total = 7*6 = 42.

2 + 3 + 5 + 9 + 11 + x = 42

x = 12.

total sum = 30+x
median = (5+9)/2 = 7
avg
(30+x) / 6 = 7

solve for x = 12
