Has to be D though the given answer is B.

Argument has a instance of fraud(voting in the name of dead or moved ppl), whereas B doesn't show that children were picked up by wrong ppl - car has changed but ppl/parent might not have changed. D clearly shows case of fraud.

The example given to put a point across is of an event in which people have used false identity to do something 
A ) no such case. No false identity to rob a bank
B ) Yes . false identity to pick kids, 
C ) no identity was used to enroll in gym
D ) Yes false identity was used to do online transaction 
E ) no .. as no false identity was used.

But then D cant be right as had secrete question be issued by bank then it makes sense, so I’ll go with B, but have to say I got prejudiced toward B as I saw OA
