Hi..

SUM of elements =700
# of elements =n

Let's see the statements..
1) The average (arithmetic mean) of the greatest 3 elements is 150
So 450 for top three elements..
Say next TWO are 140 and 110...
So 5 elements....Ans YES
Say rest all are 50...
So 8elements...Ans NO
Insuff

2) No elements of set A are less than 125
Let's see the MINIMUM elements possible, each element be least possible 125..
Then 6 of them would TOTAL up to 125*6=750 >700...
So the elements have to be less than 6 always..
If all 5 are 125, SUM is 625. Only 75 is left
This cannot be a NEW element as it is ATLEAST 125
So number could be 125,125,125,125,200 or 125,125,150,150,150
