Bunuel,
I noticed the usage of the phrase "net change", does it add an information that we should take into consideration (what is the importance of adding that phrase) ?
I just summed all the elements that are included in the table .

Easier to convert it all to improper fractions to mixed numbers (denominator x whole number + numerator)

Then find a common denominator (8)

Do the math and multiply by the reciprocal (which is the same as dividing by the number of occurrences to get the mean)
