Isn't question 3 ambiguous?
The question only mentions "total items sold by a garden center over a 4-year period, from 2012 through 2015" and "2008-2011 sales numbers"

How can we conclude that "Fewer purple flowers were sold in 2012–2015 than in 2004–2007"?

Hi.

It is 2008-11. Fixed the typo.

Thank you!

Shouldn't the answer for 3 be 'False'?

We can't know if fewer purple flowers were sold in 2012–2015 than in 2008–2011, since the table only accounts for the top 19 selling plants (of a total of 35 plants)

What if the remaining plants were all purple, and sold more?

False
False
True

Is it True for additional st "More blue flowers than purple ones were in stock in 2014", can we assume in stock= inventory? I assumed that blue flowers dont include blue-lilac flowers
