The town has a park, a fountain, and is considered a tourist destination.

I think it should be C.

a fountain as an appositive to park is not appropriate. Eliminate A, B and E.

Considered to be is not a correct idiom. X consider Y is correct. Eliminate B and D.

My bet is on C.

1) has
i) a park and
ii) a fountain
2) is considered
-Parallelism

Correct idiom is considered X.Y (considered as and considered to be are always wrong on GMAT)

C, there should be 'and/or' before the last item of the list

The town has a park, a fountain, and is considered a tourist destination.

A. park, a fountain, and is considered
B. park, a fountain, and is considered to be
C. park and a fountain and is considered
D. park and a fountain and is considered to be
E. park, a fountain, and it is considered

First and foremost, the correct idiom is 'X Considered ' and not 'X Considered to be', and for this reason eliminate B and C.

after the 2/3 split we are left with A,C and E.

Option A has the issue of parallelism in that the series is not correctly presented because 'A,B, and C ' is the correct representation of a series and not 'A,B'. here considered is clearly not referring to the park or fountain but to the town. so it is also out.

The same issue can be seen with choice E.

we are left with option C which correct the issue of idiom and parallelism.
Correct:option C
