I've just completed my first
MGMAT test and I realize that the vocabulary of
MGMAT was completly different from that of GMAT-Prep or the OG-books.
For instance, in the CR-questions in OG they use simple english words like argument, premise, conclusion and so on.
MGMAT instead use quite the opposite, instead of dilemma I got quandary, instead of conclusion I got contention.
I haven't looked up all the examples but I know there were a few more words like that. Contention might not be the best example but you get the picture. I was not familiar with quandary and therefore got the question wrong (since it was the correct answer). In the more difficult CR-questions it's all about the tense, not know the exact meaning of certain words makes it a lot harder to guess the right answer.
Which one would you say is closer to the real GMAT, GMAT-prep or
MGMAT if you think of the vocabulary?
