I've just completed my first MGMAT test and I realize that the vocabulary of MGMAT was completly different from that of GMAT-Prep or the OG-books.
For instance, in the CR-questions in OG they use simple english words like argument, premise, conclusion and so on.
MGMAT instead use quite the opposite, instead of dilemma I got quandary, instead of conclusion I got contention.
I haven't looked up all the examples but I know there were a few more words like that. Contention might not be the best example but you get the picture. I was not familiar with quandary and therefore got the question wrong (since it was the correct answer). In the more difficult CR-questions it's all about the tense, not know the exact meaning of certain words makes it a lot harder to guess the right answer.
Which one would you say is closer to the real GMAT, GMAT-prep or MGMAT if you think of the vocabulary?

Vocabulary isn't directly tested on the GMAT. It does assume, though, a full understanding of the words employed during the examination. In terms of vocabulary, I personally didn't notice much of a difference between the two sources. Don't worry about it too much. Once you're comfortable with the words found on the GMATPrep and Manhattan CAT's, you should be perfectly fine.
But, to directly answer your question, the GMATPrep is the most accurate simulator of the actual GMAT and the best indicator of your true performance. The GMATPrep, then, is closer to the real thing. Manhattan's version probably ranks second.

Quandary occured 0 times in OG12 and contention 2 (compare to conclusion 61 times).
It's not a big issue, I just recognized a difference in the vocabulary of MGMAT compared to official GMAT.
