:thanks Thanks bb for posting this

Sure! And if you can figure out how to make these useful (e.g. boil them down to a shorter list), you will be a very popular person :)

I will see if I can do it. I will be very glad to be any help to this club in any possible way :) It is just that I am currently trying to focus more on studying math right now ... 29th October is the Exam date :peek and I have finished just 1 book of MGMAT yet

I think that it's important to provide this list, as it provides members with a fuller range of options and information. But I'm not too sure what else we could do to improve it.

I guess we could make a GMATClub vocabulary workbook with pictures, sentences, and practice problems (multiple choice, fill in the blank). Such a project might be somewhat helpful for those whose first language wasn't English.

Here's an example. I used this book for studying upper-level Japanese vocabulary. Just click on the book image and scroll down a bit to see my idea.

And now for negative side. This project would require many people and a very long time. Plus, English vocabulary books are already available. If someone needed that much help with English, then it would be better to study those resources and perhaps even enroll in a language course. My idea is probably unrealistic, but it's all I have at the moment.

Well, first you get the OG 12 into electronic format, then you run a word analyzer on it, and then you dump it into excel and order based on frequency - that's really it - pretty easy ;)

If you are interested, I can dump the word counts just for the RC section - here you go.

It seems to be easy, but how you got electronic format of OG12? I think only hard copies are available in the market.
