We can often solve probability questions using two approaches:
1) applying counting techniques
2) applying probability rules

Since vishalkazone has shown how to solve the question using counting techniques, I'll apply probability rules.

P(all 4 draws are fashion magazines) = P(1st draw is fashion AND 2nd draw is fashion AND 3rd draw is fashion AND 4th draw is fashion)
= P(1st draw is fashion) x P(2nd draw is fashion) x P(3rd draw is fashion) x P(4th draw is fashion)
= 4/8 x 3/7 x 2/6 x 1/5
= 1/70
Answer: E

ASIDE: When we start, 4 of the 8 magazines are fashion magazines. This is why the first probability is 4/8.
When we choose a fashion magazine for the 1st draw, there are 7 magazines remaining, and 3 of them are fashion magazines. This is why the second probability is 3/7
And so on....

Total Number of ways selecting 4 magazines out of 8 =8C4= 70
Number of ways selecting 4 Fashion magazine out of 4 = 4C4=1
Probablity:1/70
Answer E.

\(\frac{4}{8}*\frac{3}{7}*\frac{2}{6}*\frac{1}{5} = \frac{24}{30*56} = \frac{1}{70}\), answer must be (E)
