Hmm - the only situation where the Triangle won't form is if the sides are '4', '5' and '11'. while i chose D as the answer, what would be the other situation which won't form a triangle?

4,7, and 11 won't form a triangle too. The rule is the sum of any two sides of a triangle must be greater than the third side.
