Hi snkrhed,

One method worked always for me and maybe it can help you too. So, here is what I did:

1. Define the weakest area in math that you straggle with. it should be popular enough in GMAT (like Properties of Numbers, Percentages, Geometry etc)
2. Pick 5-10 problems that are well above your level and you don't understand solutions.
3. Spend as much time as you need going through each problem slowly and paying attention to every detail and concept behind it, rewrite explanation by yourself, think about it. It can take hours and even days but when you get feeling that you clearly and deeply understand those problems and how GMAC tries to trick you - move to another set of problems.

Hope it helps.

It is definitely possible to improve in quant - you have like 1.5 months before your exam.

What is important is that work smart (i.e. identify and focus on your weak areas) . I completely agree with Walker here. But for this you should really sit down and analyze your weak/strong areas and make a plan to address those. Solving random questions will not be of much help no matter how much time you spend on them.

Share with us more about your prep and people here will be guide you appropriately.

It seems that other members have already provided some of the details, so let me just offer some general ideas.

The inconsistent study plan prevents you from finding a rhythm. This will be difficult, but spend some time figuring out how to develop a consistent study plan for everyday. Sometimes you won't be able to follow the plan perfectly, but you at least need one to keep focused and dedicated.

Another problem might be GMAT fatigue. You studied for awhile now and even attended two courses. If you feel a little exhausted mentally, then take some time off. Once you start your new studies, though, break time is over. At that point you simply can't afford to take any more days off.

I assume that you have the Manhattan math books (since you took the class). If so, re-read the math books and skip the end-of-chapter questions. Complete all of the OG problems alongside the MGMAT books and make sure to fully read every explanation.
