I'd love some suggestions on materials for tough problems. I've already looked at the individual MGMAT guides, MGMAT Advanced Quant, OG 12e, and OG Math Review. Also, I'm moderately worse at DS compared to PS. I've been reviewing each problem as I go along, but I think I just haven't seen enough tough problems.

Manhattan has a Advanced Quant book - I think it covers exactly 45+ level questions. You might benefit from that if you think you have plateaued and need some help.

Also don't forget to study the GMAT Club Math Book, I think it nicely distills some of the tricky stuff that GMAT could throw at you during the exam. Especially Number Properties section - remainders mixed with factorials etc...
