If p and q are positive numbers, what percent of p is q?

(1) p = 0.90q
(2) p + q = 760

(1) p = 0.90q

q/p = 10/9; SUFFICIENT.

(2) p + q = 760

Clearly not able to solve for p or q; INSUFFICIENT.

Answer is A.
