1 stm: We cant conclude that the average is negative only because most of the members are negative. Even if one member is positive and is more than the sum of the rest 6 negative members, the mean will be positive. Insuff.
2 stm: clearly says that the sum is negative so is we divide negative number by 7 (number of members) we will definitely get negative number. Suff.
