Please tag the question properly, it should always be the starting lines of the question, it is easier to search that way. Also, please mention the official answer of the question.

I feel the answe is C. The parallelism is correct and also tense is correctly used.

(A) while being attached, towed, or detached from a covered rental truck, or loaded onto, transported, - Improper use of tense - with while, better tense form is Present continuous - Hold on to it
(B) while you are attaching to, towing by, or detaching it from a covered rental truck or while it is loaded onto, transported, - Seems correct, only use of 'You' makes the meaning change a bit, but lets keep it.
(C) when attached to, towed by, or detached from a covered rental truck or when it is loaded onto, transported by, - "When" is used correctly to talk about about time / event. - Incorrect.
(D) while you being attached to, towed by, or detached from a covered rental truck or loaded onto, transported by, - Changes meaning completely - Incorrect.
(E) when being attached to, towed by, or detached from a covered rental truck or loaded, transported, - Same error as C. Incorrect

With A & B remaining.. i would go with B as it delivers the correct message (if you read the sentence for meaning), and proper tense form is used.

Hence, B.

Towing insurance provides protection against collision damage to your automobile while being attached, towed, or detached from a covered rental truck, or loaded onto, transported, or unloaded from a covered rental trailer.

(A) while being attached, towed, or detached from a covered rental truck, or loaded onto, transported,
(B) while you are attaching to, towing by, or detaching it from a covered rental truck or while it is loaded onto, transported,
(C) when attached to, towed by, or detached from a covered rental truck or when it is loaded onto, transported by,
(D) while you being attached to, towed by, or detached from a covered rental truck or loaded onto, transported by,
(E) when being attached to, towed by, or detached from a covered rental truck or loaded, transported,
Being is a huge red flag in the Gmac and the answer is mostly wrong therefore A ,D , E

i chose B over C for the pure reason of commas C had a overwhekming no of commas which was not conveying the right meaning therefore out

Therefore IMO B
