So 1 article requires 6 man-minutes.
Each person's productivity relative to a man:
Child = 25% less productive = 0.75 of a man
Woman = 50% more productive = 1.50 of a man
Converting the workforce to man-equivalents:
40 children = 40 × 0.75 = 30 man-equivalents
20 women = 20 × 1.50 = 30 man-equivalents
Total = 60 man-equivalents
200 articles × 6 man-minutes per article = 1200 man-minutes
Time = 1200 ÷ 60 = 20 minutes
