Hi,
I recently took my first attempt at GMAT and scored 620 Q42,V33, AWA 5, but it doesn't seem to be very competitive among the better B-Schools in Canada. I'm graduating next year with a honors biochem degree from McMaster and I want to apply for the coop MBA at McMaster as well, the question is what are my chances?
I know Laurier has a coop program too, but I'm not sure how it is compared to McMaster, which I have heard a lot of good things about.
Since I haven't graduated, I do not have any "full time" working experience. To compensate for that, I do have a lot of extra curricular activities, such as hospital volunteer, photographer for school newspaper, president of the photography club at Mcmaster, plus a handful of working experience. However, sadly to admit, I'm only a B average student, so I do not stand out much in that aspect.
Given all this information, what are my chances if I want to apply for the coop MBA in 2011 and any other suggestions would be highly appreciated!
Cheers,
Terry
