That makes me think there was a system error.

How come nobody got it?

It is statistically impossible that no one for the forum gets an interview on the date.

not everyone posts when they get invites...not to kill hope here, but a ton of people received invites on the 7th..

Alright. Spoke with admissions yesterday. They clarified that applications are being reviewed and interview invites are sent from time to time. No need to go check status on online page because that is not updated until the actual decision is taken on April 1st for all Round 2 applicants.

I am not sure what happens to all candidates who are rejected or waitlisted. If they are notified earlier or only on April 1st. May be someone from Round 1 applicant pool might help. But, more importantly - if you haven't heard from them don't assume you are rejected. Stay clam and keep your fingers crossed.

which is why the "first wave" on feb 7th and subsequent non invites on the actual decision date is very very puzzling.

This is what I got from the school

We apologize for the confusion. All interview invitations are sent via email, so it is not necessary to check the online application until the actual decision is released April 1st. We are continuously reviewing all round 2 applications, so interview invites could be sent at any time. The February 15th deadline served as a guideline for when the majority of invites would be sent by. All final decisions are not made until April 1st for acceptance, waitlist or deny.

I'm sorry but I do not agree that is it statistically impossible. The GMAT club is only a small subset of applicants. You are talking about hundreds of applicants each round and we are really only a handful of them. There is probably a slim chance of interview going forward but I think the only thing to do now is just be patient, hope for the best and stop bugging the adcomm. They are swamped as is it.

I've applied to both USC and UCLA round 2 for their part-time programs.

GMAT: 680
Undergrad: Business Management
GPA: 3.36
Age: 26
Work experience: 8+ years
Background: IT

I think I'm going to apply to Pepperdine, UC Irvine, and University of San Diego as well. I am focused in the SoCal area. Should I consider any other programs?

I received a invite to video interview with USC on Feb 9th and submitted that a few days later. Did everyone get this? Or is that an interview invite? I check my application daily, it just says its being reviewed.

I applied R2 and just been busy with work/travel and then got sick...but I got my USC invite to interview on February 7th--I think like many people said, most people I know have not even heard of GMATClub (these are people who are in bschool already like HBS etc...and people who are applying to bschool currently) so I think not everyone is on here or always has time to update I guess.

Hey All,

I called the Admissions office and spoke to an admission director. They are still reviewing Rd2 applications and they are NOT done sending out interview invitations for Rd2 applicants. There is still hope. That online graphic box with the Rd2 deadline (Feb 15) for invitations is not accurate.
