Hey,

For telephone/skype interview do we need to call Carol to set it up?
I sent adcoms a mail 4 days back and yet no reply :( any1 else facing issues scheduling telephone/skype interviews?

I would definitely email the scheduler.

I'd just call Carrol and be done with it. One 5 minute effort is much more to the point then playing email tag and stressing.

A call would be good, but it's very difficult to get through on the phones.

I got an invite this week for R2.
I'm so psyched! Still waiting to hear back as far as scheduling goes. I'll call Carol if I don't hear back by this afternoon.

I would not be too nervous about the lack of chatter on this thread. Some people have interview invites, and there is still a steady trickle of folks reporting invites week-by-week. Just have confidence that you put together your best application and that Tepper's AdCom will contact you soon. Good luck.

Also, for what it is worth, a lot of us Tepper first years who have been on the board a lot are knee deep in interviews for summer internships.

I did put together my best application and I have already got an admit in R1 :). Still I like to keep checking this thread, I think I have got into a habit of doing that.

So I am not worried/nervous but thanks for your wishes :D

use priceline. I have saved a ton bidding for rooms near campus. I paid $80 a month (not including taxes or fees) for a hotel that was a 5 minute walk from campus.

And what was the stage 2 that i missed; Interview?
Have i been wait listed?

I know it's a nerve-wrecking process but take a breathe...or a snickers bar. If I remember correctly, my status went straight from Stage 1 to Stage 3. When I got the interview, it went back to Stage 2. After my interview was completed, it then moved to Stage 3 again.

I think your status just means they received everything and are reviewing it. It doesn't automatically mean you got skipped for an interview!

As much as we like to, it's near impossible to read into these things and discern what the adcom is doing or what it means!! I know that's much easier to say from the other side though....
