I don't know the details, but saw some discussions on the Wharton website for candidates coming from West Africa. If at all possible, they expect you to travel to one of their hubs. Don't know exactly what happens if this is not possible (i.e. because of visa issues)... but I saw at least one report of a candidate who had a 1:1 interview with the adcom through webex (like skype), but again I don't know the background of this particular case. Just wait for an invite, try to get to a hub location and if this is not possible for any reason, reach out to adcom.
