Where can I find Recommendation Questions for Darden 2013, before sending them to recommenders through online application ?

I had a doubt regarding the Essay Topic. "Share your thought process as you encountered a challenging work situation or complex problem. How did this experience change your perspective? " "challenging work situation or complex problem" - Does this mean it has to be a work situation or can personal examples be used?

I just realized the instructions on the Darden application regarding recommendations are a little vague. For reapplicants, are we supposed to submit only one recommendation (since our previous app had the requisite 2), or are we supposed to submit 3 all new recommendations?

I believe it will be one "NEW" application. There is no point re submitting the old one. You could get that checked with the admission staff.
