I just had a small look at the pdf file and it seems truly AMAZING.
But could you please clarify a couple of things
1. Did you make this set yourself?
2. What are the sources? 
I could see some questions resembling those of MGMAT and gmatprep
I think its GREAT but could you please tell me how you compiled the whole thing?

I did not compile this set. Downloaded it from some file sharing site.
My guess is that this is a compilation done by some study group or teaching organization.
I felt the questions lived up to the name of 700+, therefore shared it with the community.

Thanks a lot, also would you suggest to solve this question bank before or after solving all Gmatclub tests.
I did find the Gmatclub tests a bit on the harder side, though my concepts are strong and I have been doing well on 600-700 level questions.
Would you suggest to jump into Gmatclub CAT's. I am only focusing on 700+ level now.

Check our Questions' Bank here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/search.php?view=search_tags You can filter questions by difficulty and get only 700 level questions there. So, you don't need the above doc at all. All questions from there are already present on the forum. After you fell confident solving 7000-level questions from the bank, you can move to our tests, to check how you do in test mode.

Although I am able to solve most of the questions, I'm finding many of them extremely difficult(almost impossible) to solve under 2min. Does it happen with everyone? And I want to know if we can expect questions of such difficulty in the actual GMAT. My exam is in December, also it's my first attempt. I haven't taken any practice test yet...

Hello, just a note in here: 
Question 44 of Percentages section. Answer should be A instead of D.
Data is sufficient because sum of the 2 cheaper products (each discounted at 10%) should be smaller than the expensive product (discounted at 20%) for the total discount to be smaller than 15%.
