Congrats...can you please share your profile?

Mine is pretty similar to Ulmandy except he is way more impressive than I am. I am glad to get invite early, but interview invite is not admitted decision, I just grateful i made it to the next stage

Profile
GMAT — 650 (One of my weak point on the application, but I hope my other point made up for it, i got a decent score in Quant, but verbal not so much)
GPA — B.S Electrical Engineering (3.76) M.S Electrical Engineering (3.58)
WE — 42 months in Engineering Consulting with focus on Power System
Int'l Experience — North America, South East Asia,
Vietnamese who have studied, worked, and lived in various part of the U.S by myself over the past 10 years

Essays
As similar to Ulmandy, I spent 2 months and have like 4 draft of the essays. I also stuck to words limit. All my essays are exactly at word limits, not a words more . I basically tell them how i got to be the person I am today, and where I want to go, and how INSEAD will help me achieve that goal. I did not hire consultant, I have my essays read by my college professors, an INSEAD student, and people that know me well and incorporate their feedbacks

Recommendation
I did not have an alumnus as third recommender.
Both recommendations know me well. First one is my former supervisor, second one is a co worker with more seniority.

School Selection
INSEAD is the only program I applied to.

I am still waiting for my interview to be schedule. Carol T said she will let me know the interviewer contacts ASAP. I am a little bit nervous since I am not so sure who else got interview invite already. I will keep you guys up to date.
