I think you should definitely call/email the admission folks on submitting a bit late. I received an email 30 minutes after the deadline confirming that I am an applicant for Round I. Did you guys receive the same message?

HBS hasn't given any specific dates yet, but based on last year's timing my guess is that interview invites will go out on October 9 and October 16. That would also be consistent with Dee's comments this year about an early release date in mid-October.

I am a reapplicant. last year i interviewed at both stanford and wharton. Admits were receiving phone calls on the same admit day and i sat there waiting and staring at my phone for the entire day :cry:

waiting sucks, but its definitely not the hardest part, at least not compared to the bending over im doing this time around with my application essays :-D

On other school application, it would show whether official GMAT score was received/verified but HBS system doesn't say anything about GMAT score. Anyone else see this problem?

It's random, based on which Admissions Board person got assigned your file and how quickly they moved through their stack and where yours was in the pile (it's not by order received). Dee Leopold has specifically said that nothing can be interpreted from the timing; there are no tea leaves to be read in terms of interview invitations.
