I don't think there is really a way to do that, but logging into your application you can check whether they have received the needed material or not. As for communication from Darden I think we are expected to receive an email, or maybe a new page or a link will appear in the application.

Hey guys, I am applying to Darden in R3. Does anyone know if it's possible to ask to extend the deadline for recommendation letter. The person who is writing my letter is swamped with work and told me he needs a two week extension.

If its going be delayed by a day or so, then i think its ok. My recommender submitted a couple of days after the deadline. But if its going to be delayed further, I think you should inform the adcom.

Is it safe to assume that people who have not got a interview call yet will not get the cal now???

Are people expecting calls to go out on Monday?

Yes. As far as I understand it, the "3/25" release meant 12AM, i.e. your online status will be updated very late Monday night/first thing Tuesday morning.
