Anyone hear from Georgetown or Cornell RE: Consortium fellowship?

It seemed like a few Johnson admits heard already...think they've notified all their fellowship people already?

Waitlisted at McDonough today. It was a fun (read: stressful) run. More than happy with the acceptances I received.

Second this question...has UCLA started notifying Consortium applicants? Looking back on last year's thread it seems like they had started by now, but haven't seen many updates re: Anderson.

On a separate but related note, seems like they keep Consortium applicants waiting a very long time -- especially if you applied round 1 (in Oct) :/

I talked to someone a couple of days ago who got the fellowship from UCLA. So they've at least started calling people.

Thanks! It does seem like at least a handful of people were notified last week...so I guess the waiting continues!

Does anyone know when the Consortium plans on mailing out letters? Again it seems like last year they sent out letters 1 week after match day, which would be today, right? I wonder if the timeline is similar this year. SO MANY QUESTIONS!

Hope you get off the waitlist soon! Did you interview?

I guess they are making some of us wait until the deadline date to find out. By this point I would assume I would have been invited to interview if things were going to be positive... needless to say everyday I am losing hope.

I received an email about fellowship from Kelley ( yay!) which also indicated that the consortium will be sending out letters about membership and fellowship this week.

Did you interview? When I talked with Admissions it seems they were the most strict about the Consortium telling students whether or not they got a fellowship, and that I would likely "hear back all at once"--I'm taking this to mean they're trying to time decisions with fellowship notifications coming through the snail mail? Either good news or bad news all at once I guess?

I'm still waiting too, so maybe there are others. I think my final notification deadline (post-interview) is Saturday.

Hello,

I got W/L at Georgetown without an interview. Any shot of getting in or I should move on? I have till April 3th to submit supplemental material. Aren't all the Consortium money distributed?

Was recently wait listed and received very positive feedback from the Associate Dean of Admissions stating that being admitted off the wait list is a very high possibility for me, and soon. Has anyone ever heard of an instance where an applicant was awarded the Consortium fellowship AFTER being admitted from the WL?

So...is the "draft" all over at this point? I ask because I was admitted by a school I didn't rank 1st and didn't get into the school I ranked 1st so I was still hoping there'd be a chance at the fellowship...
