Pretty straight forward to me

Premise: In country X, A and B compete for business. A claims to be the most crowded one overall. B claims to be the most crowded one in place Y ("across the street").

Conclusion: If both statements are true, then it will be incorrect when stating that A is the only one in place Y.

Why is E the answer ? Why not C ? Experts ??

Hi,
The question is actually asking -> the "Restaurant Guide" for the region must be in error in stating that

Answer (C) is not an error, it is correct info.

However, Answer (E) says that, if the "Restaurant Guide" had stated that "the Japas across the street is the only Japas restaurant in New Constantine", then it would have contradicted the premise : " the owners of Japas released promotional materials saying that more customers go eat at Japas than at competitor Haruhana". This contradiction cannot happen as it is mentioned, reports are accurate. So if Restuarant guide statement must be in error if it states the Japas across the street is the only Japas restaurant in New Constantine
