the argument here is about two chain of Japas and Haruhana . japas claims that he sells more than Haruhana .also Haruhana claims that it sells more than does Japas !! both of these claims can be true if there is more than one japas (an interesting situation )
imagine there are 2 japas hotels and one haruhana . and the sequence of claims made by these hotels is as follows :
japas 1 > haruhana > japas 2 , meaning that JAPAS 1 sells more than HARUHANA ,which in turn sells more than JAPAS 2 . under such a situation both the claims made by respective hotels will be true
this is exactly what E says !!

This is a really good example of what CR can do if we do not pay attention!.
Premise 1: Japas Owners claim more customers eat at Japas than at Haruhana.
Premise 2: Largest Haruhana restaurant claims more people eat at that PARTICULAR restaurant than at the Japas, one opposite it.
How can we place both in the context of the argument to make sense?
Total no of customers visiting all Japas restaurant in that particular city is say 1000 in 5 Japas restaurants.
Total no of customers visiting the largest Haruhana restaurant 250 compared to 150 at the Japas across the street.
So the remaining 850 Japas customers ate other 4 restaurant. That means there are more than one Japas restaurant in the city.
And hence,
If both of these sources are accurate, however, the "Restaurant Guide" for the region must be in error in stating that "the Japas across the street is the only Japas restaurant in New Constantine"
