simply-> 0.1% of 200 is 0.2. currently we are at 0.5 of impurities. & it's said to half through every filter. so, 1st filter leaves us with 0.25 & then the second leaves us with 0.125 which is technically lower than 0.2 so hence below the 0.1%> hence deemed clean.
so the answer would be 2 filters.
