Hi there,
I wrote the GMAT twice and this is going to be my third attempt.
My previous GMAT scores were
June 2013 q49 v27 640
April 2015 q49 v28 650
I am good at math as I had already prepared for the Indian Management Entrance exams. In both my previous attempts I hadn't focused on verbal. This time though, I took a sabbatical from work and prepared with a detailed study plan. I went through the MGMAT verbal books and made decent notes. I follow the MGMAT strategies for verbal religiously. My scores shot up when I started following the strategies but they have been consistent throughout. I am not able to see a large increase.
Here are my test scores,
MGMAT1 - 20th July q45 v31 620
MGMAT2 - 28th July q41 v37 650
MGMAT3 - 3rd Aug q45 v31 620
MGMAT4 - 10th Aug q48 v34 680
GMATPrep1 - 13th Aug q49 v28 640
Kaplan2 - 24th Aug q49 v34 680
MGMAT5 - 31st Aug q45 v37 680
GMATPrep2 - 5th Sep q49 v35 690
MGMAT6 - 9th Sep q48 v37 700
GMATPrep3 - q50 v30 670
GMATPrep4 - q48 v34 670
Lot of people on GMAT Club have mentioned that GMAT prep exam pack is the closest to the real GMAT. As you can see above, my scores haven't been really good in the two. I am just looking to get a 700 (not too greedy
)
Any comments will be much appreciated.

Going by the scores, I feel you can hit your target score.
A few things to keep in mind on the test day:
1. Do not think about the final score at any point of time
2. Once done with a section forget about it and concentrate on the next one.
3. Take both the breaks. It helps you to freshen up
4. Take a note of the time when you are out for break. Do not exceed the break
5. Do not rush through the last 5 questions in the verbal sections in a bid to see your final score
All the best!

Sounds like you are scoring close to 670, the actual exam will be plus or minus 30 points. At this stage there is not much you can do other than getting plenty of rest and being relaxed in the exam. The key thing would be to not panic. Remember that any single question will not have a huge impact on your score, and you should not let this disturb your mental state.
