Bricks, Underlined solve many problems related to cultivation..
Now, if you look the meaning we can clearly see that Underlined part should be something to signify that bricks help to solve this problem. Considering this in mind, we are left with B and D.
B is not only wordy but gives a different meaning that many believe so that it will solve the several problems related to cultivation.
D make sense and looks good to me.
