Hello GMAT/Quant experts!
I have taken the GMAT twice by now - once on July 20th 2017 (690 Q48 V38) and then immediately on 12th August 2017 (710 Q47 V41).
I was sorely disappointed with my quant score both times. I applied to 6 schools but didn't get through to any one. I am planning to apply in R1 this year, for which I'm planning to take the GMAT in June-end or July beginning. This gives me 2.5-3 months of time to study. I work 12 hours a day, including Saturdays and need a solid plan to get to a score of 750+ this time. I need help with the following things:
1) Do I need to re-do the whole quant, right from concepts? If not, where should I start?
My major problem in quant was time management (mostly because I spent too much time on DS) and I had trouble with a couple of topics (numbers, venn diagrams, equations and to an extent percentages). I also had a bit of a stamina problem. My mess-up on the first test was because I was totally fried by the time I reached the verbal (last) section.
2) Should I take up an online course (Math Revolution/
Magoosh/Manhattan etc.) If so, which one would you recommend?
3) What should my study plan be, for quant and verbal?
4) What resources should I use?
Any and all tips are welcome!
Thank you!
