Does anyone have knowledge on the new Master in Management offered at IESE for Sept. 2019? I'm interested in potentially applying but have seen little news about it. IESE's MBA is a highly ranked European program that gets good attention from recruiters, but will its brand name translate for this new program?
If anyone's applied in rounds 1 or 2 already, would also love to hear your insight.

IESE is one of the top college, so if it's starting an MIM, it'll be definitely good. As it is a new programme, it might not be as good as other programs there, but you can expect it to get better with time.
Quality of management program also depend highly on quality of students in class, which it will not get in first batch. But yes, IESE brand name will always be with the students, irrespective of their course.
So, to decide, just see what other options you have. If you have other options of almost equivalent level, then go for them. If IESE is much better than, others that you can get, go for IESE, it's good option,and brand name will always be with you.

IESE is a school with international recognition in various popular programs like MBA and Finance, and considering the strength of the prowess of the faculty at IESE, IESE MiM program could definitely be a good option.
The program is designed to develop the essential analytical skills and knowledge you need to succeed in entry-level management roles.
It helps build a solid foundation of business management knowledge. Key themes range from marketing and finance to strategy and economics.
As far as the job market for IESE grads is concerned, note that most of the major companies will recruit from the top 5 B-Schools of the country so this would reflect in the job prospects and salaries offered at IESE. You will, of course, have resources like the school's alumni network and recruitment events at your disposal, but it will mainly depend upon how hard you are willing to hustle. When it comes to Spain, IE has the biggest brand, even ESCP has a campus in Madrid so you might also want to check those options
Realistically speaking, whether IESE will be worth it or not will depend upon the first batch of alumni of its MiM program.
Also,, note that Internships are not mentioned as a part of its curriculum so you might want to e-mail the school to confirm this.
P.S: Though IESE has a good repute for other programs, but its MIM program is still new and it will take a few years to get its name with LBS, HEC, and other top colleges. So, if you are a non-EU student, it will probably be in the best interest to keep your options open.
You can check out the MiM programs offered by Spain and German schools,(such as ESMT, IE business school, WHU, Mannheim) they have a great reputation and offer some very strong post-graduation opportunities.
