"So .... as", "So .... that" are not appropriate in this sentence as we need to state as example and not a result of something.
Therefore A & B are incorrect.
D uses the Present Perfect tense incorrectly ("he has done") as the action or its effects are not continuing in the present.
E misses the parallelism with "did" in the first part of the sentence.
Therefore C should be the answer for using "Such .... as" and maintaining parallelism with "did".
