Thanks for posting your profile! I think you have a lot going for you - your strong work track record with promo and starting a new practice at your firm. In addition, you are active in your community, demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, and have an interesting personal background. Not to mention your strong GMAT score, which does offset your GPA. Be sure to explain the circumstances that affected your GPA in the Optional Essay - so that the Admissions Committee (AdCom) understands what happened.
The good news is that major investment banks all recruit at the schools on your list. Yale and Tuck are more known as well-rounded general management programs, but CBS and Stern are certainly strong finance schools. Have you also considered Wharton and Booth, also very strong finance programs? I think with your background, you would be attractive to any one of these schools.
