Conclusion : Politicians use this nature of people to their advantage with impromptu speech which is actually a scripted speech.
Thus , What assumption is required for above explanation to be true ?
It is only option E,
Which tells us that many people do not believe that impromptu speech is tended to be persuasive. This is therefore an advantage to politicians, who use impromptu speech to persuade people.

Using Negation you should be able to break the conclusion.
Conclusion :-> politicians are able to persuade people using impromptu speeches.( scripted though)
Choice b negation Most (LESS negate to less )people cannot distinguish between communications that are and are not intended to persuade.
This tells there is fraction that can get convinced. Hence politicians can trick them.
This does not break the conclusion
Choice E negation Many people DO believe impromptu speeches are used for persuasion.
If above is the case it breaks the conclusion that politicians are convincing people with impromptu speeches. Hence you need to assume people DONT know for a fact that impromptu speeches persuade them.
