Hi guys, I just finished my interview with an alumni today. The interview is truly very conversational and lasted for 45 minutes. My interviewer asked me questions like Why INSEAD? My career goal? How can a MIM help me reach my career goal? And How do I cope with team conflicts? She also shared with me a lot of her INSEAD experience and advice on how I can maximize my time at INSEAD. I really enjoyed this conversation and I hope that each of you can receive an interview invite as soon as possible! Good luck to everyone! :)

Thank you, Nikhil! Yes, it is not a blind interview. You are supposed to send your application file (without the essays if you wish) and your resume to the interviewer.
