Not admitted but waitlisted. Answering your query:
1. ~2 min extempore followed by a general interview by 2 professors (20 to 30 mins in total)
2. Anything, from current affairs to general topics to an abstract one. I got to speak about testing an experiment to prove the success of IIMs by taking in randomly selected students instead of merit-based.
3. Straightforward. Mostly profile-based. work-related questions, your career goals, strengths, weaknesses, etc
4. Keep up to date with current events. Prepare all common questions about your profile and personality.
