This was my approach to it.

Let x be the quantity (in KGs) for the $9 sugar.
CP = 9x + 27*7
SP = 1.1 (9x + 27*7)
Total KG = 27 + x

The total SP by the number of total KGs = 9.24
1.1(9x + 27*7) = 9.24 (27 + x)
9.9 x -9.24x = 9.24 * 27 - 27*7*1.1
0.66x = 27 (9.24 - 7.7)
0.66x = 27 (1.54)
x = 63

How do you do this calculation:
' 0.66x = 27 (1.54)'
quickly?
