I am from India I had my interview on 18th FEB 2021 and I got selected for the MBA program in HHL. Mr. Vivek told me you will get the offer letter very soon, Till now I didn't receive any offer letter, anyone else out there who is done with the interview and waiting for the offer letter, any idea how many days it will take to send the offer letter?

Hi guys. I'm sorry that this might not be the appropriate thread for this query. However I need the help of applicants to figure this out. What is the template of the CV that you used for your application to German MBA Programs (I'm thinking of HHL, WHU, Mannheim, ESMT)? Is it the standard template as used for Wharton/Tuck (without a picture, 1 page length, without mentioning gpa)?

I had my interview with Prof Kanbach on 8th of March. The interview went really well (at least that’s what I think).

Post the interview I had received a mail from the admissions office stating submission of my application to the committee and that they’d give me the results next week. Additionally, the Prof had sent me another mail stating he liked the candidature and had shared his contact details in case I wish to connect further.

So I wanted to understand by when should I typically expect a communication from the school or when should I reach out to them in case they haven’t responded till then.

While the interview invite mentioned that the interview would typically go on for about 20-30 minutes, mine went on for about 45-50 minutes. It’s was a pretty chill and conversational sort of interview.

He had thoroughly gone through my profile and essays and after the first round of introduction m, he asked me about the things I had mentioned in the SOP.

From there on the conversation went towards the standard few questions around my career goals and how HHL fits the bill.

He also asked my long term career goals, which are around entrepreneurship, and since he was in the department of strategy and entrepreneurship the conversation then took another direction.

He mentioned things about startups he has worked with in the past and asked me about my idea and how I look to bridge the gap etc and later mentioned how HHL typically helps about the same.

He then gave me ample time to ask my questions, I had researched about the department and asked a couple of questions and then later about a couple of other questions from the curriculum aspect of things.

The conversation like I said went very smooth and he shared his contact details for me to get in touch with in case I had other doubts.

Hi,
I got selected in the first round of HHL-MBA for the September 2021 intake. I just want to know is there any chance that the program will go for an online class, because of the pandemic and again we are witnessing lock down in most of the parts of the world? Please help who go admission for the same and who get added in HHL whats app group is there any discussion in whats app group for the same?

Hey, there.
Congrats on the admission.
I'm in the class group and no one said anything about it over there. But the professor who interviewed me told me that there is a small chance that they will do as they did with the last class, meaning, there is a chance that the class will start in January 2022. But assured me they'll, as much as possible, push to start in September in Leipzig.

Hi,

I got an admit from HHL. Pleased to meet you all. Just wanted to pick your brain on something that's been bugging me for a few days. I also have an admit from an Indian school XLRI for its one year Executive Program and I am confused whether to go with XL or HHL. Would really appreciate your two cents on this.
