I had 2 alums and one member who was a silent observer.

Mine too ended in 25 mins. And I got the admit. So just sit tight!

Does your employment has to end by the start of Digital Headstart Module?

The classes are to start exactly 2 months from now and we are either waiting for results or interviewing. Many of us have long notice periods (>= 2 months)

It was always expected that final R2 results will be out in Feb and not before that. I don’t think ISB would mind if you can manage your job outside of college hours and obligations.

ISB is honestly so wierd with its schedule, classes from April (only fall session) unlike other top Bschools, and still struggling to declare results/complete admissions due to this right schedule. Add to that, the first 1-2 months are offcampus (?) of the already short but India's most expensive MBA program.

Additionally, it's a huge inconvenience to the working professionals who can't plan their transition.

I understand the school wants to protect its yield conversion but it's off-putting.

It is actually too early. There should be a buffer of atleast 3 months between R2 results and term start date.
