For people who got invite for interview, Did your application status change to "Profile Evaluation" before getting an invite or was it still " Application submitted"? For me status is still saying " Application submitted" and I got an email few days ago about my application being incomplete with outstanding documents, and when I log in into my portal I do not see any pending documents. I wonder what is going on. All I did right now is click on "Notify Admission Team".

You should drop them an email ASAP after uploading the missing document.

I got a similar message on 11 Jan. The details of the missing document was clearly mentioned in the portal. I immediately uploaded the file and mailed them to acknowledge the receipt of the document. I got a confirmation on 23rd. However, the error message was displayed until yesterday, when the status changed to "Your application is complete and under review by our Admissions Committee"

Can you please help me out here a bit. I already uploaded the documents earlier, now they are asking for same set of documents. Additionally there is a english proficiency requirement. I have not yet appeared for ILETS or TOFEL.. I am not understanding on how to proceed next. I wrote to the team, submitting the same documents. But they asked to upload the documents. I am not clear on what format to upload and also on english proficiency part.

For proof of English proficiency, you can submit a letter from your university mentioning that your medium of instruction was English. Regarding your documents issue, I am not sure what they want you to do. Are the documents not legible? If yes, You should re-upload legible scans of the documents. Also after uploading your file, did you click on "Notify Admissions Team" checkbox on the Documents tab of your application?

The questions were quite generic and interview lasted for 30 mins. Some of the questions were
1. Why MBA and why specifically UBC
2. What are your strengths
3. How do you handle conflicts in a team. Discuss an example.
4. How challenging will you find an MBA program now
5. How important are ethics in your personal and professional life.
6. Why we should select you
7. What all programs you applied
8. How do you handle stress.
9. What weakness will your colleague or boss tell about you
10. How do you adjust in a new place or a new company.
There were few more similar questions.

My application status changed to "FTMBA Application Profile Evaluation (outstanding ....)" On 19th Jan. On that very day I checked all the checkboxes in the "document checklist" under "notify admissions team". However, i have not yet sent official transcript and Degree.
I dont think it should affect the processing of my application, but still requesting inputs from the members if anyone has any idea. Status of application has not changed since last 20days (approx). Getting anxious.

Not to worry. They are reviewing your application. The 'Outstanding documents pending' refers to official transcripts that your university sends in sealed envelops or secure links. It is required only after an admit is issued by Sauder. You shouldn't have clicked on the 'Notify adcom' check box (served no purpose).
