Iam also in the same position as you. I too got admit in IIM udaipur in GSCM program.I also got waiting list 89 in XLRI and paid Rs 50000 inorder to consider my application.However I think it was hard for us to receive admit from XLRI . If possible try to apply for SPJIMR as it has rolling admission process and results could be out before March 25th.

Go for IIM udaipur..it's decent enough program.Have Average salary of about 20

If you have offer from IIM U, go for it, but SP Jain is a better choice because number of recruiters are much more in SP Jain.
Nonetheless, IIMU is a good college.
