I think the document uploads is for BM and HRM programs bcoz the questions are specific to BM and HRM. Moreover I think for Expgdm program we have already submitted SOP. Can anyone confirm my hypothesis or has anyone contacted XLRI in this regard.

i think everybody has got that option...the link is i think available for everyone..if it is not available for everyone ,then it can be assumed that it is for selected people.but for every other college certificates were asked beforehand,xlri was the only college that didn't asked for certificates in the application so in my opinion,link should be for everyone who was called for the interview.

I attended XLRI webinar and it was told in there that we will be given enough time, considering the maximum notice period which is 3 months. So they will give us 3 months or so. I assume. Else it would be difficult to join.
