Hey nikhil PS
Currently I am waitlisted. I took some venerable feedback from my friends out there. They told the current batch has almost 20 people not placed according to ROI returns. The prof told that 12 are not placed in the webinar. But it seems the number shoots upt9 20 approx ppl. Choose wisely.

Then we have to think twice before accepting the offer. I have admit from IIMC also and waitlisted in IIMA.

Ya bro. Unlike the other two flagship progams BM and HR the placement report isnt CRISIL audited. The prof had himself claimed in the webinar about 12 ppl not being placed. The number is exaggerated and is 20 as per my friends there. Plus a fee of approx 22LPA needs to be justified. Im skeptical to deposit 50K too.

In the webinar the prof also mentioned the median salary of current batch to be 35 lakhs. Is this data also not reliable?

Got congratulatory mail from both XLRI and SBI XLRI branch for getting admitted. XLRI is asking for a deposit of 7.8 lakhs by 28th Feb to accept offer of admission. I have an offer from TAMU Mays (non-STEM), and I am waiting for interview results of Mendoza, Broad and Fisher. Also hoping to get an interview invite from Rice, Olin and Simon. XLRI was a back up plan in case I have to choose between a non-STEM programme and Indian B school but right now with XL's fee deadline so close I am too damn confused!! Any insights would be welcomed (apart from cost factor)

Same here. I am waiting for results from schools in Americas and Europe. If I were in your case, I would pick that offer from Mays (included in FT100 rankings and you will have enough time to network and get placed in Texas).

For XLRI, the fees that we need to pay by 28th Feb is ~8Lacs. Is that correct?

Hi,
The ExPGDM reports are getting audited by Brickworks Analytics Mumbai and is well accredited for its auditing work.
So there is no doubt in the validity of their reports.

Moreover the reports are there on the website, with all details like median salary, mean salary and so on.
Also IIMs, ISB all are taking 30+LPA so 22 LPA is not much for XLRI to ask seeing their curriculum.

Hi Nikhil,
You can deposit the fees, and later if you choose a different college you can ask for refund where after appropriate deductions your fees will be refunded.

If IMT Gzb can claim an avg package of 21 lpa for their 2021 batch, why cant XLRI claim an avg packge of 26 lpa?

I have acceptance from IIM UDAIPUR'S GSCM and wait list of 107 for GMP. But I still want to try for GMP considering it's a general program, can anyone advise if that's good thing to do?
