Fix Sabah in the leftmost position of the first row.
Since George must be in the second row, choose the remaining 2 positions in the first row from the 6 people other than George. T
Then arrange those 2 people in the two available first-row positions.
The remaining 5 people (including George) automatically occupy the 5 positions in the second row and can be arranged in any order.
So, favorable arrangements = 6C2 × 2! × 5!
Total arrangements = 8C3 × 3! × 5!

Therefore,
Probability = (6C2 × 2! × 5!) / (8C3 × 3! × 5!)
= (15 × 2) / (56 × 6)
= 30/336
= 5/56.
=(5 * 6!) / 8!
