I don’t think it’s a problem. Because anyways your interviewer would have filled the feedback form, which would have notified to the Ad-com that your interview happened.

And theirs no way he forgot right?

If your interview, happened, I don’t think you need to be worried about being forgotten. I don’t think school can ever forget about a candidate they invited for an interview. Hope this helps. But, still if you are stressed about it, you can reach out to your regional manager and just inform him that you forgot emailing him before the interview and just realised it now.
