I can understand where you are coming from, the same issue has happened to me two days in a row.
I really do not understand what does Pearson VUE want, more and more people are shifting to the GRE and they can't even get their payment gateway right.

My internet connection is working fine today, and was working fine yesterday, but the same issue has happened again.
So I really do not think it is something that is got to do with us.

I did reach out to customer service yesterday for that issue and haven't heard back from them yet.

Hi! I faced the same issue and I have been trying to register since 23rd Aug, and I even reached out to the customer service but nothing worked out for me, but today I tried registering from another laptop and internet connection and it worked out somehow. However, I am unsure if the website is up again or was it because I used a different laptop (probably in my laptop browser there was some blocker which wasn't allowing me to make the payment internationally). I would recommend you to try a different laptop and internet service.

Registration finally worked but they haven’t done anything about the extra times I was charged and it’s been 3 business days…
