(A) men as well as women had attended her lectures:- Use of past perfect tense is incorrect herre
(B) there were men who attended her lectures as well as women- Use of as well as incorrect, It is changing intended meaning also.
(C) men as well as women attended her lectures:- Correct
(D) her lectures were given to men as well as women- It is changing Intended meaning
(E) her lectures were given to both men and women:-It is changing Intended meaning
